Hairscapades!

We finally took the plunge and relaxed it - a big thank you to my friend Charnae for the hours of help she gave me with this! Her are some pics - all that's left is a hair cut! It is so much easier to take care of now and curls without getting too tangled, no more screaming on hair day!

She looks tired doesn't she - it took over two hours from start to finish!

After it was straightened!

Smiles once we were all done.

Lola wanted her hair straitened the next day to match!

Posing, supermodel style!

Our Chocolate Unit!

We had such a great time with our unit on Chocolate! It was another from Homeschool Share... Here are some of the yummy highlights!

I surprised the kids with a chocolate breakfast - chocolate bread straight from the bread machine along with chocolate milk! What a great start to the day!

Chocolate math!

Making Chocolate pudding.

Eating the most delicious chocolate pudding I have ever tasted!

Making chocolate from scratch -
lots of stirring involved and it certainly helped us exercise our patience!
